Service Agreement

HOLIDAYTIME TURİZM EMLAK BİLGİSAYAR REKLAM OTOMOTİV İTHALAT İHRACAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as “feribilet.com”) operates under “Tatilin Adı Seyahat Acentası” with license number 10520. Address: Ölüdeniz Mah Ovacık Cad No 9 JK, Fethiye / Muğla.

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded between feribilet.com and the user who makes a reservation, purchase or pre-booking request through the website.

2. Nature of the Service

feribilet.com acts as an intermediary platform for ferry tickets, accommodation, package products, tours, transfers and related travel services. The actual performance of the services is carried out by the relevant carrier, hotel or other provider.

3. Reservation and Purchase

The user accepts that all information and documents provided during reservation or purchase are accurate, complete and up to date. The user is responsible for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Price and Payment

Prices are determined according to availability, dates, service scope and provider conditions at the time of booking. Provider-based changes, taxes, duties, port or operational fees may be charged additionally.

5. Service Provider Responsibility

Ferry schedules, time changes, delays, cancellations, accommodation standards, room availability, tour content and other operational obligations are under the responsibility of the relevant service providers. feribilet.com acts solely as an intermediary.

6. Visa-on-Arrival

Visa-on-arrival is offered as an optional service on eligible islands and dates. Applications are subject entirely to the decision of the Greek authorities. In case of refusal or inability to process the application, feribilet.com bears no responsibility and visa service fees are non-refundable. Documents must be ready at least 10 days before travel. Applications may be accepted at the earliest 14 days before travel.

7. Vouchers and Additional Terms

Provider terms included in vouchers, tickets or service documents issued after purchase form an integral part of the reservation. The user is deemed to have accepted these conditions as well.

8. User Acceptance

The user acknowledges that feribilet.com acts as an intermediary platform, that services are provided by the relevant providers, and that the contracts, terms and mandatory acceptance boxes shown during purchase are binding.
