Service Agreement

HOLIDAYTIME TURIZM EMLAK BILGISAYAR REKLAM OTOMOTIV ITHALAT IHRACAT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (hereinafter referred to as “feribilet.com”) operates under the brand “Tatilin Adı Seyahat Acentası” with license number 10520. Address: Oludeniz Mah. Ovacik Cad. No: 9 JK, Fethiye / Mugla, Turkey.

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded between feribilet.com and the user who makes a reservation, purchase or request via the website, call center or other sales channels.

2. Nature of Services

feribilet.com operates as a travel agency providing ferry tickets, accommodation, tours, transfers and related travel services. Depending on the product, feribilet.com may act either as an intermediary or as an organizer.

3. Service Providers

Ferry transportation, accommodation, transfer, vehicles, boats, guiding and other services are provided by independent third-party service providers. feribilet.com facilitates the sale and coordination of these services.

Even for tours organized by feribilet.com, transportation, accommodation and other services may be sourced from different independent providers.

4. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases arising from its own direct fault, feribilet.com shall not be held liable for operational failures of independent service providers.

In any case, the liability of feribilet.com is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service. feribilet.com shall not be responsible for indirect damages, loss of enjoyment, alternative expenses or similar consequences.

5. Reservation and Accuracy of Information

The user accepts that all information provided during reservation is accurate and complete. The user is solely responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are determined based on availability, date, service scope and provider conditions at the time of booking. Taxes, port fees or operational costs imposed by providers may be added.

7. Program and Service Changes

Programs, schedules, hotels or service sequences may be changed due to operational reasons, weather conditions, port authority decisions or provider-related circumstances.

8. Visa on Arrival

Visa on arrival services are subject to the decision of the relevant authorities. feribilet.com is not responsible for rejection, delays or incomplete processing of applications. Service fees are non-refundable.

9. Force Majeure

Weather conditions, natural disasters, official authority decisions, strikes, technical failures and similar events are considered force majeure. feribilet.com shall not be held liable for changes or cancellations arising from such events.

10. Vouchers and Additional Terms

Vouchers, tickets and service documents issued after purchase form an integral part of this agreement. Provider-specific conditions stated in these documents are binding.

11. User Acceptance

The user declares that they have read, understood and accepted this agreement, cancellation and refund policy, and all applicable service conditions.
